What to Expect:

  • Group meditation sessions will be offered in-person in Broken Arow and online (Zoom).
  • People who participate in person may want to bring a cushion.
  • Sessions will last about 30 minutes.
  • Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike
  • Skills learned in the group setting will be helpful in an individual practice as well.
