Dan Cross is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 37 years in the behavioral health field where he has built and directed hospital-based and community-based psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment centers and has directed opioid use disorder-specific clinics for 16 years. He was most recently the Senior Director of Substance Abuse Services for CREOKS and was formerly the founder, co-owner and CEO for a substance abuse treatment center specializing in opioid use disorders. Dan is currently semi-retired, working part-time as a therapist at Revive Counseling in Tulsa. Dan has presented at several conferences in Oklahoma and Arkansas for 33 years and was an early voice in Oklahoma sounding the alarm about the Opioid Crisis, testifying before the State Senate Public Health Committee.
